in order to raise your rank you must challange the person directly above you
(ex: 10th seat can only choose to fight the 9th seat member)
all squads will not have their ranks set like this so if you have a problem with the way i have it set for this squad then go to another squad i don't have time to worry about every little complaint of somthing like this
